Helen is a portfolio worker who has multiple expertise. She is a MSME Advisor, Business Consultant for Founders, Youth & Women in the Agribusiness Ecosystem and Sustainable Technology Enabled Ventures. She has over 27years post-graduation experience and has worked with major national and multinational corporates across multiple sectors especially in developing businesses along the agribusiness value chain, Infrastructure Development, Manufacturing, Not for Profits and the Public Sector.
Helen is the Chief Executive of Scientia Consult a Business and Project Development firm based in Lagos and Founder of Aunty Helen Foods Processing Limited. Aunty Helen Foods processes and packages Groundnut Oil, Coconut Oil, Honey, Palm Oil and Spices. Helen is a Non-Executive Director in STACO Insurance Plc, Techquest STEM Academy and Support Bridges Initiative for Youth.
She is an Adjunct Faculty at the Enterprise Development Centre of Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos and serves as a business advisor in the ‘Expert in Residence’ programme where she offers practical business counselling to budding entrepreneurs. Helen is a certified international facilitator (International Finance Corporation (IFC) Business Edge Trainer and a Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) certified trainer). Helen is also a guest lecturer at the Lagos Business School, Agribusiness Management Programme.
Helen is an experienced international trainer in corporate governance, business and organizational development who has facilitated programmes for International and local corporate organizations in the public and private sector.
Helen served as the West African Region Consultant to the University of St Gallen Switzerland ( Executive School of Management, Technology and Law Custom Programs) working with them on organizational development programmes for the Economic Commission for West African States Leadership training programme for Directors.
